Leads anesthesia safety at the Seoul Liposuction Hospital.
Almost all modern liposuction uses tumescent fluid, a diluted local anesthetic solution that firms the tissue and reduces bleeding before fat is removed. Here is how it works, and how 365mc applies it in liposuction, Royal Lipo and LAMS.

Tumescent means swollen and firm, which is how the treated tissue feels after the fluid is infused.
In tumescent liposuction, a large volume of sterile fluid containing a dilute local anesthetic (typically lidocaine) and a vasoconstrictor (typically epinephrine) is infused into the fat layer before suction. The fluid numbs the area, narrows small blood vessels and separates fat, which makes extraction smoother and helps limit bruising and blood loss.
Tumescent infiltration is a technique rather than a brand. It is combined with different anesthesia levels and devices, including ultrasound-assisted ( Vaser) and laser-assisted ( SmartLipo) methods.

Liposuction Seoul →Uses 365mc’s Royal Special Tumescent Solution, which 365mc lists as containing triamcinolone, Liporase, Botropase and tranexamic acid, aimed at reducing swelling and bruising. Performed under sedation.
Fat is extracted under local anesthesia, with no incision and no sleep anesthesia. After extraction, a fat-dissolving solution is applied to surrounding fat.

Chief Medical Officer and chair of the 365mc council of representative directors.
365mc’s Seoul hospital performs only liposuction and LAMS, so every team on the floor is organised around one kind of procedure. Each has a single job, and they work as one system from screening to recovery.

A dedicated team runs the operating schedule and supports area-specialized surgeons, who focus on specific body zones.
Staff experienced in liposuction anesthesia are on site. For high-risk patients, or when the medical team judges it necessary, an anesthesiologist administers anesthesia directly and monitors you throughout.
Before surgery a safety officer checks the surgeon’s blood pressure, pulse, temperature and overall condition.
Sterile operating-room protocols with a dedicated team for infection prevention.
Pre-operative tests are analysed in-house so results feed straight into your plan.
Monitors you after surgery and runs the Orange Care program that follows.

365mc and a research team at Ewha Womans University signed an agreement to develop an AI program that analyses breathing patterns during sedation and predicts the risk of apnea, so the depth of anesthesia can be adjusted before a problem occurs.
It builds on 365mc’s large base of liposuction anesthesia records and on the hospital’s principle that the anesthesia team monitors every patient until recovery.

LAMS (Local Anesthetic Minimal-invasive Liposuction) was developed by 365mc for people who want liposuction’s direct removal of fat cells without an incision or sleep anesthesia.
Fat is drawn directly into a syringe. According to 365mc, extracting one bottle takes about ten minutes, and because you are awake you can see the fat that was removed and talk with your doctor during the procedure.

At 365mc, care after liposuction is treated as part of the procedure, not an optional extra. Orange Care combines recovery therapy with medical follow-up and nutrition support.

Oxygen-chamber sessions in the weeks after surgery to support circulation and help swelling settle.

Low/medium-frequency therapy and Bio Light Laser sessions, plus Enderplus, scheduled by your doctor.

Check-ups and prescriptions from an Orange Care physician, with progress reviews of your contour.

1:1 care on the day of surgery in a recovery room monitored by medical staff.

The fluid itself contains local anesthetic. Whether you are awake depends on the procedure: 365mc’s LAMS uses local anesthesia only, while surgical liposuction and Royal Lipo involve the anesthesia team or sedation.
Tumescent infiltration is the standard of care because it reduces bleeding and allows lower anesthesia levels. Safety still depends on the facility, the surgeon and monitoring; 365mc performs liposuction only at hospital-grade facilities.
Yes, some of the fluid drains or is absorbed over the following days, and swelling is expected. Orange Care sessions are designed to support recovery.
No. Tumescent describes the fluid. Vaser adds ultrasound energy and SmartLipo adds laser energy, both used together with tumescent fluid.
