Cellulite reduction in Gangnam, Seoul: why dimples form and what can help.
Cellulite is the dimpled look of skin over fat, most common on the thighs, hips and buttocks. It is shaped by fat, connective-tissue bands and skin quality, not only weight. Here is what helps, and what to expect from treatments at 365mc.

Why cellulite forms
Most adult women have some cellulite; it is very common and not a medical problem.
Fibrous bands (septae) connect the skin to deeper tissue. When fat cells between these bands enlarge, they push up while the bands pull down, which creates the dimpled surface. Hormones, genetics, skin thickness and circulation all play a role, which is why slim people can have cellulite too.
- Fat pushing up between fibrous bands
- Bands tethering the skin down
- Thinner or less elastic skin
- Genetics and hormones

What can improve the look of cellulite
Reduce the fat
Less fat under the skin can reduce bulging. Liposuction or LAMS target localized fat, but are not designed only for cellulite.
Release the bands
Some treatments cut or release fibrous bands. Ask any provider what evidence supports their method.
Improve skin quality
RF energy, massage-based devices and good aftercare can improve skin texture and firmness.
How 365mc approaches dimpled skin
365mc focuses on fat, so its tools work on the fat layer and the skin above it.
365mc lists cellulite improvement as a feature of LAMS: after fat is extracted, connective strands linked to cellulite are disrupted and a fat-dissolving solution is applied to surrounding fat. LAMS uses local anesthesia only, with no incision and no compression garment.
Orange Care after liposuction or LAMS includes Enderplus sessions, and 365mc’s RF Body Skin Tightening targets skin laxity. Results vary, and cellulite can return with weight gain or over time.

See the fat come out, while you are awake
LAMS (Local Anesthetic Minimal-invasive Liposuction) was developed by 365mc for people who want liposuction’s direct removal of fat cells without an incision or sleep anesthesia.
Fat is drawn directly into a syringe. According to 365mc, extracting one bottle takes about ten minutes, and because you are awake you can see the fat that was removed and talk with your doctor during the procedure.
- No incision, so no stitches to remove
- No sleep anesthesia — local anesthesia only
- No compression garment
- Customised Orange Care after LAMS
Aftercare designed by people who only treat fat
At 365mc, care after liposuction is treated as part of the procedure, not an optional extra. Orange Care combines recovery therapy with medical follow-up and nutrition support.

Can cellulite be removed permanently? +
No treatment guarantees permanent removal. Treatments can improve the look, but genetics, hormones and weight changes affect how long it lasts.
Does liposuction remove cellulite? +
Liposuction removes fat; it is not a dedicated cellulite treatment and may not smooth dimples. Discuss realistic expectations during consultation.
Is LAMS good for cellulite? +
365mc lists cellulite improvement among LAMS benefits. Your doctor will tell you whether your skin and fat pattern are likely to respond.
Does losing weight help cellulite? +
It can reduce it for some people, but cellulite also appears at a healthy weight.
