Our story

One focus for 23 years

365mc describes its philosophy as “fat, and fat alone.”

365mc started as Korea’s first medical institution specializing in obesity treatment. Instead of expanding into every kind of cosmetic surgery, it went deeper into one subject: how fat forms, how to remove it precisely, and how patients recover.

Today 365mc operates 26 locations in Korea and abroad, including 6 hospital-grade institutions. Liposuction is performed only at its hospital-grade facilities, and LAMS centers operate in Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and the United States.

Surgical operations team

A dedicated team runs the operating schedule and supports area-specialized surgeons, who focus on specific body zones.

Anesthesia team

Staff experienced in liposuction anesthesia are on site. For high-risk patients, or when the medical team judges it necessary, an anesthesiologist administers anesthesia directly and monitors you throughout.

Safety management team

Before surgery a safety officer checks the surgeon’s blood pressure, pulse, temperature and overall condition.

Infection control team

Sterile operating-room protocols with a dedicated team for infection prevention.

A safety officer checks your surgeon’s vital signs and condition before the operation; only a surgeon cleared as fit performs it, from start to finish.

Schedule disclosure

Surgeons hold no consultations while operating. Each surgeon has fixed outpatient hours, published in advance.

Research

AI-assisted anesthesia safety

365mc and a research team at Ewha Womans University signed an agreement to develop an AI program that analyses breathing patterns during sedation and predicts the risk of apnea, so the depth of anesthesia can be adjusted before a problem occurs.

It builds on 365mc’s large base of liposuction anesthesia records and on the hospital’s principle that the anesthesia team monitors every patient until recovery.

Revision liposuction

When a previous result needs correcting

365mc runs a dedicated liposuction revision center for patients unhappy with liposuction done elsewhere, with its own separate space and surgeons focused on revision cases.

Revision changes are often less dramatic than a first surgery. Surgeons explain clearly what can improve and what has limited room for change.

Many poor results come from basic principles not being followed. Revision is planned with careful line correction and the anesthesia team.
