How it works
Liposuction’s direct removal, without surgery’s extras
365mc developed LAMS so fat could be removed directly, without the incision and sleep anesthesia of surgery.
After local anesthesia, fat is extracted directly into a syringe through a fine needle. According to 365mc, extracting one bottle takes about ten minutes, and because you are awake you can watch the fat come out and talk with your doctor during the procedure.
After extraction, a fat-dissolving solution is applied to the surrounding fat. Because fat cells are physically removed, LAMS is designed to change the contour of the treated pocket rather than your weight.

Both remove fat cells directly. LAMS uses local anesthesia only, with no incision or compression garment, and suits smaller areas. Liposuction is surgery for larger volume.
